it's alllllliveeeeeee
the very first bagels were made in our philly rowhome!
the first time we made them we burnt the heck out of them and I think the fire alarm went off.

we came up with the name and started to build a brand

we got word that the brandywine park farmers market was starting in may...well this seems to be working out nicely

arrived to our first market with 100 bagels, made from our home kitchen
july 2025​
moved into a commercial kitchen in west chester!!! this allowed us to crank out way more bagels than our home kitchen

november 2025​
attended bagelfest in nyc. us along with nine other small bagel businesses were invited to participate in the first ever growth lab! we met so many awesome people and learned so much.

for the bpfm holiday market we made the most bagels we've ever made!!!
