2023​
it's alllllliveeeeeee
the very first bagels were made in our philly rowhome!
the first time we made them we burnt the heck out of them and I think the fire alarm went off

december
2024​
we moved to wilmington and started to think hey wouldn't it be cool if we made this a real thing 🤨
march 2025​
we came up with the name and started to build a brand

april 2025​
we got word that the brandywine park farmers market was starting in may...well this seems to be working out nicely
may 2025​
arrived to our first market with 100 bagels, made from our home kitchen
july 2025​
moved into a commercial kitchen in west chester!!! this allowed us to crank out way more bagels than our home kitchen

november 2025​
attended bagelfest in nyc. us along with nine other small bagel businesses were invited to participate in the first ever growth lab! we met so many awesome people and learned so much

december 2025​
for the bpfm holiday market we made the most bagels we've ever made!!!
1650!!!!

today 2026​
we continue to love the always challenging yet rewarding journey of being bagel bakers, fanatics, and operators of all things VBB!​
