We started Van Buren Bagel in April 2025 here in Wilmington, DE, with a simple goal: to make really good, hand-rolled, always-fresh bagels for our community. Right now you can find us at farmers’ markets and local pop-ups, where we love getting to meet the people we bake for.

We’re actively working toward opening our own storefront, and we can’t wait for the day we get to welcome you in and serve bagels straight from the oven.
